This article explains what Profile Insights are, how they work, and what effect (if any) they have on a member's Waitlist status and match visibility.

What are profile insights?
Profile insights are optional recommendations designed to help you create a strong, authentic profile. They may include suggestions on photos or prompts based on the information you added to your profile. Think of it as a digital concierge, focused on helping you put your best self forward.
How are these insights created?
We use intelligent tools, including AI, to review your profile details and help identify opportunities to improve clarity, quality, and help you represent the best version of yourself.
Insights are prepared automatically and are available only if you choose to view them at the end of your profile creation.
Do I have to use profile insights?
Not at all. Profile insights are completely optional. You’re always in control of whether you want to apply any suggestions.
Why might I not see any profile insights?
The feature is currently only available in select markets. Additionally, suggestions are only displayed if our tools identify a specific opportunity to strengthen your application—such as improving photo variety or polishing a bio.
Does this affect my matches or visibility?
No.
These insights are designed to support you, not evaluate you. Using (or skipping) suggestions does not influence your waitlist status or future match visibility.
That said, because these insights focus on helping you show the most authentic version of yourself, following them might help increase the likelihood of being drafted off the waitlist and voted into the community by our members and improve your match quality once you are in The League.
Who can see my profile insights?
Only you.
Insights and suggestions are private and are never shared with other members.
How is my information used?
The tools analyze the information you add to your profile including your photos and prompts. We will also use this information as well as the insights and suggestions to understand what works well and improve the quality of profile guidance over time. This helps us refine suggestions and enhance the overall experience for members.
