Use the in-app Flag/Block tools for the fastest action. For Safety emergencies, contact support using General Support, then under "What Can we Help With?", select "I have a Safety or Privacy concern."
Report From a Profile (Batches or Matches)
- Open the profile.
- Tap the gray flag (bottom-left) or three dots (top-right).
- Select Flag and choose a reason, or Block to stop all contact.
EU Reports of Illegal Content
If you are in the EU and believe content is illegal under your national or EU law:

Contact support and select Illegal Content Reporting in the issue drop-down.
- Include:
- Link(s) or clear location of the content (screenshots welcome).
- Description of why it’s illegal and the legal basis (law/article, if known).
- Your country of residence and contact email.
- A good-faith statement that your report is accurate.

We will acknowledge receipt, review, and notify you of our decision where required by law.
Non-EU Reports
- Use in-app Flag/Block tools or contact support with links, screenshots, and details.
For immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
